Pisa - Pasticceria Salza

Nel precedente post eravamo a Pisa, dove abbiamo sperimentato anche un posto very good per una sosta ristoratrice, caffè, colazione o merenda che sia.

Si tratta della Pasticceria Salza, in pieno centro, sotto gli archi in via Borgo Stretto  (http://www.salza.it).

Buonissimi i dolcini (attenzione, uno solo potrebbe non bastare), buono il caffè, bella l'ambientazione, e tra i tanti quadretti appesi alle pareti ve n'è uno che testimonia l'appartenenza all'associazione Locali Storici d'Italia.

Non sapevo esistesse quest’associazione ,ed ho curiosato sul loro sito (http://www.localistorici.it/it/) per saperne di più.

Vale la pena navigarci un pochino, specialmente se avete in programma una gita o una passeggiata da qualche parte, per vedere se ne trovate uno.

Niente di imperdibile, sia chiaro, ma un piccolo plus che può rendere più preziosa la sosta caffè (tra l’altro a buon prezzo).

Ad esempio, a Roma c’è il caffè Greco (http://www.localistorici.it/it/Schede/view/slug/antico-caffe-greco), a Venezia il caffè Florian (http://www.localistorici.it/it/Schede/view/slug/caffe-florian), a Milano il caffè Cova (http://www.localistorici.it/it/Schede/view/slug/pasticceria-confetteria-cova), e tanti altri ancora (più di 200).

Nel sito la ricerca è molto semplice, e il tutto è arricchito con curiosità e caratteristici primati.

 Al costo di un caffè chi può darvi un pezzetto di storia?

The delicious cakes (attention, just one can't be enough...), good coffee, nice environment, and among the many small pictures hung on the wall, there is one testimony how this coffee is a membership of the Historical Places of Italy association.

I didn’t know about it, and I surfed on their site (http://www.localistorici.it/it/) to learn more.

It is worth to scroll a bit, especially if you're planning a trip or a walk somewhere, to see if you find one in the same place.

It could be a nice plus that can make most precious your coffee break.

For example, in Rome there is the famous Greek coffee (http://www.localistorici.it/it/Schede/view/slug/antico-caffe-greco), in Venice the historical Caffè Florian (http://www.localistorici.it/it/Schede/view/slug/caffe-florian), in Milan Cova (http://www.localistorici.it/it/Schede/view/slug/pasticceria-confetteria-cova), and many others yet (over 200).

The site search is very simple, and the whole is enriched with different curiosity.

At the cost of a cup of coffee who can give you a piece of history?
